Account & Login

On the registration page Go to and fill in the form with your mobile number or email address. Set a strong password, agree to the terms and conditions, and submit. An OTP will be sent to your mobile — verify it and your account is ready to go. The whole process takes just 2 minutes.

Only one 9lotto account is allowed per mobile number. If a single person creates multiple accounts, they may all be suspended and any bonuses forfeited. We strictly enforce this rule to ensure fair play.

On the login page Go to and click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter your mobile number or email address. A reset link or OTP will be sent within a few minutes. Set your new password. The reset link is valid for 15 minutes.

Log in to your account and go to the "Profile" section. Upload a photo of your National ID or passport. Verification is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours. Without verification, withdrawal limits may apply. KYC is mandatory before making large withdrawals.

Five consecutive incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account for 30 minutes. After that, try again or reset your password. If your account remains locked for an extended period, email support@9lotto.biz — you'll receive a resolution within 24 hours.
Deposits & Withdrawals

Log in to your account, go to the "Deposit" section, and select Mobile Pay. Enter the amount and your Mobile Pay number. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment through Mobile Pay. Once successful, your 9lotto account balance will be updated within a few minutes. Minimum deposit is ৳200.

Most withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes. In exceptional cases, it may take up to 24 hours. KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500, and the maximum daily limit depends on your account level.

First, wait 15 minutes — network delays can sometimes cause a hold-up. If the funds still haven't appeared, email support@9lotto.biz with your transaction ID and a screenshot. Our team will resolve the issue within 2 hours. Never submit the same transaction twice.

We currently support Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Nexus Pay. Bank transfers and select credit/debit cards are also available. All payment methods are secured with SSL encryption. New payment options are added regularly.
Bonuses & Rewards

A wagering requirement sets how many times you must bet your bonus funds before you can withdraw. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x requirement means you need to place a total of ৳10,000 in bets. This requirement can only be met through Sports Betting. The odds on eligible matches must be 1.5 or higher.

Weekly cashback is credited to your account every Monday morning. You earn a fixed percentage of your total bets from the previous week. A minimum bet of ৳2000 for that week is required to qualify. Detailed terms On the rewards page here.
Betting Rules

Live betting lets you place bets while a match is in progress. On the match odds page Select a match from the live match list. Odds update in real time, so act quickly. Once you receive a confirmation message after placing your bet, it has been successfully accepted.

Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if a match is cancelled or postponed, your stake will be refunded. If the "Cash Out" feature is available, you can take a partial or full payout before the match ends.

Decimal odds are straightforward: stake × odds = total return. For example: a ৳500 bet at odds of 2.50 returns ৳500 × 2.50 = ৳1,250 if you win. That includes your original ৳500 stake, with ৳750 as profit. Any odds above 1.00 mean you're in profit. On the betting tips page Learn more.

Yes — this is called a "parlay bet" or "accumulator". Combining predictions from multiple matches multiplies the odds, making much higher returns possible. However, if even one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost. The risk is higher, but a winning parlay pays out significantly more.

App & Technical Issues

App Page Download the APK file directly from. The app is available for both Android and iOS. Before downloading on Android, go to your phone's settings and enable "Install from unknown sources". The app is completely free.
